WeSellNow began with our first eBay drop-off store in Robinson Township, Pennsylvania on October 1st 2004. We are currently in expansion mode with a goal is to open eight to ten locations in the Pittsburgh area, with subsequent expansion on a national level.

We are currently looking for team members who would like to be part of our growing organization. The chart below outlines the activities and positions relative to our day-to-day operations. Currently a full staff consists of 10-15 people, consisting of both part time and full time positions. If you have skills which could be valuable to our company, we would like to talk to you. Some areas of experience and/or strengths we are seeking include customer service, attention to detail, and online auctions.

 Retail Sales/Customer Service

Ready to join a winning team?  WeSellNow is a Pittsburgh-based online auction and consignment business.  We are looking to expand our sales team to keep pace with our accelerated growth. Our hard-working team is committed to providing great customer service. We love what we do and have fun in a positive working environment. We are looking for full-time retail sales/customer service representatives for Monday through Saturday shifts ASAP.

This position will be responsible for Retail Sales and Customer Service. We require that you be self motivated, not afraid to work hard, a fast learner, and independent.

DUTIES:

• Answers inbound sales calls
• Greets and assists in-store customers
• Advises customers through clear and accurate product/service presentations
• Assists with solutions for customer and phone issues
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and credit cards.
• Makes outbound sales calls to further enhance our business.
• Assists in maintaining clean and organized store appearance
• Performs some sales team administrative duties, such as responding to sales related emails, and occasional special project duties
• May be asked to perform on-line product research and write auction listings
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum one year experience selling in a retail environment
• Strong ability and desire to sell and build relationships with customers
• Ability to identify and sell to customer requirements
• Strong customer service skills
• High level of enthusiasm and energy
• Good computer and basic internet skills
• Knowledge of eBay and online auction processes (preferred but not required)
• Must be very dependable and willing to put in OT if needed
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• General math skills

We are hiring now for locations in McMurray, PA, Robinson Township, PA, and Monroeville, PA.  Future locations include Cranberry, North Hills and South Hills. 

Regular store hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Candidate must be willing to work Saturdays as part of a regular rotating schedule.

 EBay Auction Listing Developers

Ready to join a winning team?  WeSellNow is a Pittsburgh-based online auction and consignment business.  We are looking to expand our marketing team to keep pace with our accelerated growth. Our hard-working team is committed to getting the best value for our customers. We love what we do and have fun in a positive working environment. We are looking for full and part-time Listing Developers for Monday through Friday shifts ASAP.

This position will be responsible for Research, Copy Writing and Establishing Marketing Criteria for a wide variety of merchandise that will be posted to eBay (and other online) auctions. Positions open for generalists as well as team members who can specialize in certain categories such as electronics, antiques, sporting equipment, jewelry, vehicles, etc. We require that you be independent, self motivated, hard-working and a fast learner.

DUTIES:

• Research items for estimated value and identification
• Evaluate statistics and determine appropriate marketing criteria
• Test functionality and rate condition of items
• Produce attractive written content
• Consider value added components
• Respond to bidder inquiries
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Detail-oriented
• Strong internet search skills
• Blazing computer speed
• Knowledge of eBay and online sales processes (preferred but not required)
• Excellent writing skills
• Must be very dependable
